 15­–23 August: The artwork Jærtegn by Annike Flo haunts Pasvik and Sør-Varanger. One part, a textile installation, moves between nine unspecified outdoor sites – each night a new site. The other part, a durational installation, haunts the technology of the library of Kirkenes. It partly serves as a daily changing feedback loop between the outdoor moving textiles and the indoor library environment
