15–23 August: The artwork Jærtegn by Annike Flo haunts Pasvik and Sør-Varanger. One part of it visits nine unspecified outdoor sites in the area – each night a new site. The library in Kirkenes hosts the second part of the work; an installation which haunts some of its technological devises, working as a feedback loop where the movement between the various sites of the first part is being reflected 15 August, 12:15-13:00: Jordsamtaler mellom kunst og forskning, Conversation by soils researchers Ursula Münster, Susanne Bauer, Nora S.
